Contracts
Fax with us one quarter at a time or for years. We won’t tie you up with contracts (unless of course you want one). We figure you’ll stay with our service as long as it works for you, and we strive to make it easy and affordable.
Security
This is our #1 priority! Our service is completely hosted in the Microsoft Azure cloud. The service is always available. Our systems and your history and faxes are backed up regularly and only knowledgeable Administrators access and manage our highly available systems – and we don’t see your faxes! Admin Access
You’re the boss of your tenancy, so we figure you should have access to your fax service domain. Only you can see your fax content and nobody else – of course unless you give privileges to others within your organization. Access the system remotely anytime you need it – or if you like you can send us a request and we’ll take care of whatever you need – no extra cost. That’s easy.
Fax Numbers DIDs
Add as many DIDs as you need. Use your existing fax numbers, get 1-888 numbers, or request new number(s). The transition will be seamless to your clients, they’ll never know you’ve switched. New numbers can be added usually same day, while porting takes a bit longer based on your existing carrier’s response time.
No Long Distance in North America
That’s right – no LD! If you’re faxing to Alaska, Alabama, Athabasca or Algonquin, your per page fee covers all sent and received fax transactions. It’s easy. Fax anywhere in Canada and the US for the same page fee. If you’re faxing anywhere to the rest of the world, we have rate sheets for your most popular faxing destination – usually for a small surcharge per transaction.
Custom & Multiple Cover Pages
We’ll configure up to 3 departmental cover pages with logos, messaging & meta-data variables etc. as part of our get started service. Want us to build more than 3, we can do that for a small fee per page or you can do it yourself – you’re the Domain Admin.
Fax Images, PDFs & Storage
Our standard service archives your fax images and meta-data on a rolling 30-day basis. If you need a longer term, whether its 60, 90, 120 days or up to years, you can opt for a data retention period at an additional fee. Let us know during the quoting process so you get the right numbers. All our fax image attachments are by saved by default in PDF format (or TIF if you wish – let us know when onboarding with us). The files can reside on our server or can be forwarded to another email address, fax number or to a folder on your server. How’s that for flexibility?
Stay as Long as it works for you
While we don’t lose clients often, you can leave our service and billing will stop after providing a 60-day written notice (an email will do).
Connect to your MFDs
Everyone’s got a Multi Function Device, we can connect your existing device to the service so you wont’ need to buy another MFD fax kit again and those cost ongoing Telco phone lines will be history (additional fees will apply and are dependent on the quantity of MFDs you’ve got).
Notifications
When a fax arrives, we’ll send an email notification to each User (which can also be a department email account) – it’s all the same to us. We can produce customized notifications for your team that can include any of the system captured meta-data variables in both the body of the notification, including controlling the naming of the attachment PDF.
Fax from any web device
Send or receive all your faxes from any web enabled device, mobile phone, table, laptop or PC – just launch your browser, key in the web address and you’re there. Log in and voila – you’ll have access to your fax history and all your content in one place. Of course there’s also a print driver that you can optionally install on each attached network PC if you wish – its easy and we can help.
Fax Audit Trail Reporting
Access to where you’ve been sending your faxes, who’s receiving, quantities, durations, error messages – the whole 9 yards. Although if you’re too busy you can shoot us an email and we’ll generate the report and send it to you – an easy to use service is our goal.
French
Our web and admin portal interface is not translated into French natively, you can force your browser to translate the site, we have Canadian clients with many language requirements.
REST API Support
Need to automate your faxing with your inhouse systems? We can provide access to our service through our API – no extra fees apply. Same questions about quantities of monthly fax page and retained DIDs (those are fax numbers). We don’t do the development, but we can get you answers to your questions). This way you’ll be able to have true remote app control of the service
